Power/Squat Clean & Jerk

60% for 4 reps

70% for 3 reps

80% for 2 reps

90% for 1 rep

 

WORKOUT:

Complete the following for time & for max weight in 15 minutes:

10 Clean & Jerks (60% 1RM)

15 Burpee CTB Pull Ups

8 Clean & Jerk (70% 1RM)

12 Burpee CTB Pull Ups

6 Clean & Jerk (80% 1RM)

9 Burpee CTB Pull Ups

4 Clean & Jerks (85% 1RM)

6 Burpee CTB Pull Ups

2 Clean & Jerks (90% 1RM)

3 Burpee CTB Pull Ups

… With any time remaining try to work to a weight above the weight you used for your last set of Clean & Jerks for the workout section…
