WORKOUT:

Ladies work up to 75% of your bodyweight for a Power Clean & Men work up to 100% of your bodyweight for a Power Clean…

 

This weight should be around 80% 1RM or so…

 

Use this weight for the following:

Using a continuously running clock perform 1 Clean the 1st minute, 2 Cleans the 2nd minute, 3 Cleans the 3rd minute, continue until you are unable to complete the Rx’d number of Clean reps in under 60 seconds…

REST 1 MINUTE

Using a continously running clock perform 1 Burpee Box Jump Over (20″/24″) the 1st minute, 2 Burpee Box Jump Overs the 2nd minute, 3 Burpee Box Jump Overs the 3rd minute, continue until you can not complete the Rx’d number of Burpee Box Jump Over reps in under 60 seconds…

 

Your score is your best successful rounds of each plus any extra reps you completed on the crossover round…
