WORKOUT:

400m Double KB or DB Farmer’s Carry (53/70’s)

* Every time you set them down to rest you must pay a penalty of running back to the garage door then back out to the current position of your weights

200m Sled Drag (4 plates/6 plates)(All the way up the alleyway and back)

* No time cap, but we will stagger as needed depending on the size of the class*

 

Pick your carry weights carefully!
