WORKOUT:

50 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (65/95#)

5 Leg Assisted Rope Climbs

40 Barbell Shoulder 2 Overhead (65/95#)

4 Leg Assisted Rope Climbs

30 Alternating Hang SPLIT Cleans (65/95#)

3 Leg Assisted Rope Climbs

20 Barbell Thrusters (65/95#)

2 Leg Assisted Rope Climbs

10 Alternating SPLIT Snatches (65/95#)

1 Leg Assisted Rope Climb

* 30 minute cutoff *

(But the goal is for most to finish in the 20-25 minute area)

 

Scale rope climbs down to 3,3,2,1,1 or just 1s or just adjustments, if needed…

 

Bevery smooth and deliberate on your break ups on the barbell reps as the loading is light enough for you to “get away” with subpar form so slow it down and stay focused…
