HOLIDAY WORKOUT!

 

We will have our annual Secret Santa gift exchange and holiday workout starting at 12pm…

 

We will try to wave in 10 people every minute or so…

 

WORKOUT:

1 Wall Walk (West Wall & South Wall Only)
2 Box Jumps (20/24)
3 Toes 2 Bar/Knees 2 Elbow
4 Burpees
5 Wall Ball (14/20)(West & Center Wall Only)
6 Calories on the Rower/Bike
7 Push Ups
8 Alt. DB Snatches (25-30/40-45#)
9 AbMat Sit Ups
10 MB Slams (25-30/30-40)
11 Jumping Lunges (Each Leg… 22 Total)
12 CTB Pull Ups (East Rig Only)

Perform this like you would sing the 12 Days of Christmas…

Perform 1 Wall Walk, then do 2 Box Jumps & 1 Wall Walk, then 3 T2B, 2 Box Jumps & 1 Wall Walk… On and on up the ladder until you reach 12 CTB Pull Ups and work back down to 1 Wall Walk to finish the workout…
