3 Rep Clean & SPLIT Jerk

* All three reps from the floor working on consistent contact points and bar placements

* 75-85% for 6 total sets

 

POWER/POSITION:

Clean Deadlifts w/ 3 second Pause @ Knee + Below Knee Hang Clean Pull

* 85-100% 1RM for 2-3 reps

* 3-5 total sets based on feel (3-4:00 clock per set)
