Catch speed and efficiency!

 

SKILL:

1 Tall Clean (No hip drive)

+

1 High Hang Pause Clean (Straight Dip)

+

1 Mid-Thigh Clean (Small Lean)

* Up to something heavy, but you can still catch fast!

 

POWER/SKILL:

1 Hang Clean & 1 Floor Clean

* Work up steadily to best loading for the day in 15-20 minutes (5-6 sets)

 

PULL POWER:

1 Clean Pull to the Bottom of the Knee + 1 Clean Pull

* 90-100% for 5 sets on a 2:30 clock
