1 Floor SQUAT Clean Thruster

* Steadily work up over 20 minutes to either something heavy or something close to maximal for the day

 

PULL POWER:

Clean Pulls

* 5,4,3,2,1 @ 90, 95, 100, 105 and 110% 1RM Clean

* 3:00 per set and be snappy and explosive throughout!
