Our olympic meet is coming in less than a month so let’s practice!

 

POWER:

Work up in 15 minutes to your “Opener” for Snatch…

(Around 90% 1RM or so)

THEN…

Every 3:00 on the clock perform 1 Snatch for 3 total reps working up to your best heavy weight for the day

(90, 95, 101% is ideal if feeling good)

REST 5:00

THEN…

Work up in 10 minutes to your “Opener” for Clean and Jerk…

(Again, around 90% or so)

THEN…

Every 3:00 on the clock perform 1 Clean and Jerk for 3 total reps working up to your best heavy weight for the day

(90, 95, 101% is ideal if feeling good)

 

You get 1 attempt only every 3:00 so if you miss you can choose to stay at the weight you missed or move up and try a heavier weight anyway…
