(15 minutes only… Make aggressive jumps)

50% for 4 reps

65% for 3 reps

80% for 2 reps

90% for 1 rep

95% for 1 rep

100%+ for 1 rep

105% for 1 rep

 

POWER:

Squat Clean & Split Jerk 1RM

* Work up steadily for 15-20 minutes *
