Tall SQUAT Snatch + High Hang SQUAT Snatch (No lean)

* Work up steadily to a moderate load where your speed remains fast *

 

POWER/SKILL: 15 minutes

Work up quickly to 90% of your best ever SQUAT Clean & Push Jerk 1RM

– 50, 60, 70, 80% for 3’s & 2’s

– 85 & 90% for singles

 

PULL POWER: 10 minutes

Snatch Pulls

3 sets of 3 reps @ 80-90% (2:30-3:00 clock)

 

ASSISTANCE WORK:

Single Leg Hip Raises off Bench

2xMax Reps

combo w/

Band Pull Aparts

2×20-25 reps (small band)
