Time to specifically prep 🙂

 

POWER:

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes work up to a challenging, possibly maximal effort for the day on:

1 rep Snatch from the Floor (Any style)

 

POWER:

Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes work up to a challenging, possibly maximal effort for the day on:

1 rep Clean & Jerk (Any style)

 

STRENGTH:

Every OTHER minute for 10 minutes (5 sets) perform the following:

2 Front Squats from the Rack

* Up to you if you want to go for a max or not… Aiming for 90% by final set

 

POST ALL FINAL WEIGHTS TO ZENPLANNER
