Final week of prep for the meet this coming Saturday!

 

POWER/SKILL:

Figure out your timing and weight progression for the meet…

Bar skills:

– OH Squat, Snatch Balance, High Hang Snatch, Below Knee Snatch

50% for 2-3 reps

60% for 2-3 reps

70% for 2 reps

80% for 1-2 reps

85% for 1 rep

90% or opening weight for meet for 1 rep

 

POWER/SKILL:

After a 5 minute or so rest do the same for your Clean & Jerk…

60% for 2-3 reps

70% for 2 reps

80% for 1-2 reps

85% for 1 rep

90% or opening weight for 1 rep

 

STRENGTH:

Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes work up to a near maximal set of 1 rep on Front Squat

* Work up quickly and you can take any rounds off as extra rest, if needed
