New cycle!

 

We will work a little different progression for this 4 week cycle…

 

STRENGTH:

Quickly work up to a heavy, but not maximal set of 1 for a Front Squat in 10-12 minutes

 

POWER:

Mid-Thigh Squat Clean

+

Above Knee Squat Clean

* Work as heavy as you can for the above listed positions in 15-20 minutes

 

PULL STRENGTH:

3 Clean Pulls to 2″ Below the Knee

– 90-100% 1RM Clean

– 5 sets

– Work on feeling the weight shift from middle of your foot to your heelsite
