Cleans, Cleans, Cleans!

 

SKILL/SPEED:

Band Resisted Tall Cleans

* Work up steadily to a challenging set of 2 reps in 10-15 minutes

 

POWER/SKILL:

1 Halting Clean Deadlift (5 secs pause @ 1″ Below Knee)

+

2 SQUAT Cleans

* Work up to your best set of two reps for the day, possibly a PR if you’re feeling good

 

PULL POSITION STRENGTH:

3 Halting Clean Deadlifts with Band Resistance (Pause @ Knee for 3 secs before standing all the way up)

* Start with 80-90% 1RM Clean and work up to 100-110% 1RM

* 3 to 4 sets with a new set every 2-3:00
