Snatch work!

 

POSITION/SKILL:

1-2 Snatch Balances from a Rack

* Work up steadily to 80-105% of your best Snatch in 15 minutes

 

SKILL/POWER:

1 Snatch High Pull (Elbows High!)

+

1 Muscle Snatch (No re-dip under the bar)

+

1-2 Power Snatches (Hold receiving position for 2-3 secs to check balance and footwork)

* 15-20 minutes to practice and potentially get heavy

 

PULL POWER:

5 Tempo Snatch Grip Deadlifts @ 2-3-5 Tempo

* 100-110% 1RM Snatch

* 3 total sets
