OPEN STRENGTH!

 

GYMNASTICS:

Partner Assisted Muscle Ups or CTB Pull Ups or Chin Above Pull Ups

* Pick the option you currently CAN NOT do so the partner assist allows you to do it

* 15-20 minutes

 

POWER:

Touch and Go Snatch Practice

* 3-5 reps up to a moderate to challenging weight

* Plenty of rest between sets!

* 15-20 minutes

 

CARDIO SKILL:

Row technique and pacing

* 5-10 minutes as a cool down and recovery

* Working strong pulls, but slow recovery
