BARBELL SKILLS:

Power Cleans

Experiment with broken sets and unbroken sets and how the fatigue feels after each set..

* Sets of 5 to 10 reps with plenty of rest between sets with weights between 60-80% of your 1RM clean

* 10-15 minutes
