SKILL/POWER:

3 Position Snatch + 3 Position Catches

(Below the knee, 2″ and floor Snatch with a mix of power, squat & an “in between” catch position)

* Work 5 total sets with 75-85% 1RM Snatch

* 25-30 minutes

 

PULL POWER:

Snatch Pulls

* 100-110% 1RM

* 3 sets of 3 reps once you reach 100% every 3:00 on the clock
