Matching Box L-Sit Hold

100m Sled Walk (4/5 plates)
Matching Hanging L-Sit Hold

150 m Sled Walk (3/4 plates)
Matching Side Plank (Each Side)

200 m Sled Walk (2/3 plates)
Matching Hollow Hold/Plank

Start with the heaviest Sled Drag you can legitimately keep moving then do a Box L-Sit hold that matches the time it takes you to do the Sled Drag… Break up as needed…

Continue this pattern until you finish the final 200m Sled Walk/Hollow Hold/Plank…

Rest as needed between rounds to keep the hold quality high!
