This should be a heavy swing and a HIGH box jump as long as you can maintain proper back positions on the swings and not take a chance of hitting the box on box jumps…

Take the swings down to eye height or move the weight down if things get too dicey and slow the box jumps down or move the height down if you have a close call a few times…

14 KB Swings (53/70#)
* 12 minute AMRAP

Strong class will hammer home some clean work with emphasis on upper thigh contact, catch timing and then turn it all into some position work from the ground so come in if you struggle with this!
