E: Cartwheel practice on the mats: Hand-Hand-Foot-Foot/Med ball throws for distance-mark your distance with chalk (outside)  



E: 7:00-10:00 AMRAP

5 Sit ups

5 Ball Slams

10 Walking lunges (outside)

10 Jump rope (outside)


In groups of 2 using a standard 52 card deck run through for time:

Hearts = Ring Rows

Diamonds = AbMat Sit Ups

Clubs = Med Ball Slams (20-25)

Spades = Walking Lunges (Each Leg)

JOKERS = 40 Calorie Row

Cards 2-10 are the number of reps to be performed…

All face cards are sets of 10 reps…

Aces are 11 reps…

20-25 minutes to try to finish all 52 cards OR get as far as you can!
