T: 2-3 times through
20 Jumping Jacks, 5 Slow Squats, 5 Toe Touches, 10 Leg Swings (each side)
#1- Ring Rows (using one ring, overhand grip)
#2- Ring Dip Holds/Skin the Cat
T: Bent over DB Row/Vertical jump (2-3 rounds of each)
E: 3-5 Rounds: 40 seconds @ Each Station. 20 second transition time.
1- Plank Shoulder Taps
2- Air Squats
4- Monkey Hangs
T: Complete as many REPS as possible in 1:30 of the following:
10 DB Push press
20 Air Squats (Good depth, but fast!)
* FOUR total rounds! Stay as consistent as possible across all rounds, but push hard!
