T: Snatch the Cone

Calf stretch against wall or box (:30 each side)

4 Push up hand walks

4  Elbow to instep

Partner shoulder stretch on box or bench

5 Air squats

3 Burpees

30 Air Squats

40 Sit ups

1 Shuttle Run (Divide distances between partners)
