SKILL PRACTICE:

Rope Climbs and HSPUs

+

Some Pistol skill work with good knee and hip positions… If you can’t keep your heel down and knee in proper alignment then scale the movement down some…

 

WORKOUT:

1 Legless Rope Climbs (Leg Assisted)

5 STRICT Handstand Push Ups

10 Alternating Pistols (Heel raise, counterweight, Box, etc)

* 20 minute AMRAP *

 

Feel free to approach this workout multiple ways:

#1 Volume workout for those that have good strength/skill for all movements on this one…

#2 More strength oriented workout where you perform harder or Rx’d versions of these three movements, but possibly for lower reps

#3 Volume workout done with simpler, Scaled movements, but Rx’d reps or possibly slightly higher reps
