Longer skill work and a little change of pace workout…

 

SKILLS:

** Try to go for a first today or do a test out set on skills you already have if you have a good strength base established

Kipping Pull Ups or Muscle Ups

+

HSPUs or Dips (Play around with kipping, but be careful about head and neck positions)

* 15-20 minutes based on class times

 

WORKOUT:

10 Burpee Box Jumps (20/24″)

50′ KB/DB Farmer’s Carry (53-55/60-70’s)

(25′ and back each time)

5 KB/DB Deadlifts (53-55/60-70’s)

50′ KB/DB Farmer’s Carry (53-55/60-70’s)

10 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups (Chin/Jump CTB)

* 20 minute AMRAP *

 

If you have known hip mobility issues try to use KBs since this requires a little shorter range of motion for Deadlifts…
