5 T2B (7 Knee Raises)(Unbroken, if able)

10 KB Goblet Walking Lunges (35/53#)(53/70# upscale, if reasonable)

25 Double Unders (Scale number or 50 singles)

* 10 rounds for time *

(20:00 cap)
