Approach this one with a lower level of intensity and lower reps if you’re doing the workout on Friday…

 

SKILL/WORKOUT:

Every 1:30 for 18:00 (4 rounds each) up to 27:00 (6 rounds each) perform:

1st 1:30 – 1:00 of Rowing / Jump Rope

2nd 1:30 – :30-1:00 of Muscle Ups, CTB, Chin or Jumping CTB or 1:00 of practice

3rd 1:30 – :20-1:00 of HSPU work

 

Work 5-10 minutes of forearm, lat and hip mobility afterward…
