SKILLS:

Every 1:30 for 6 total rounds:

Odd – Legless/Assisted Rope Climbs, Pegboard

Even – Handstand Push Up, Practice Kipping (as long as you have strict), Wall Walking, HS Walking

* Work for 1:00 before resting :30 at each section

 

WORKOUT:

300 Double Unders (6:00 cap)

2000m Row (5k pacing)(9:00 cap)

100 Empty Bar Thrusters (33/44#)

(22:00 cap)

* Goal is to keep heart rate and breathing rate control so break all of movements into small, easily manageable sets throughout

* 5s/10s for Barbell and 10s/25s for Doubles
