POSITION STRENGTH:

Every minute on the minute × 9:00

1st – :35 Hollow Hold

2nd – :35 Superman (Reps)

3rd – :35 Ring Row HOLD

 

WORKOUT:

Every minute on the minute for 20:00:

1st minute – :40 Power Snatch @ 70% 1RM

2nd minute – :40 Bike for Distance @ Above Casual Pacing (16-18/18-20 mph)

3rd minute – :40 Power Clean @ 70% 1RM Snatch

4th minute – REST MINUTE

* The goal is identical reps for all Snatch sets and Clean sets plus equal distances on the Bike

* Drop and set a steady pacing on round 1 and don’t overreach on your early round!
