Recovery/skill day before our last test of the week on Friday!

 

SKILL:

Take 15-20 minutes and do any of the following:

1. Test a weighted gymnastic skill

2. Test depth on a gymnastic skill

3. Try to get a new skill you haven’t achieved yet

 

WORKOUT/RECOVERY:

Every minute on the minute for 16:00 (4 rds each)

1st min – :45 of Shoulder/Core Prehab Work (Coaches choice)

2nd min – :45 of Casual Rowing, Biking, Skiing or Jump Ropw

3rd min – :45 of Hip/Core Stability Work (Coaches choice)

4th min – :45 of Casual Rowing, Biking, Skiing or Jump Rope

 

Take some time and roll and stretch afterward so you’re ready for Friday!
