40/50 Toes 2 Bar (Scale reps so this takes no longer than 6:00)
* 2 rounds for identical round times, NOT overall time… Overall time will be used as a tiebreaker for people who tie on difference times between rounds

Barbell Curls (Palms Down) x10
Lat Rolling x 1:00 (Each side)
Bar Hang x :30-:45 (No active, just a hang)
Seated Calf Raises x 6-8 Each (DB on top of knees)
