Skills and a WOD challenge… Can you finish Part 2??

 

SKILLS:

Power Cleans & Toes 2 Bar

* Spend 10-15 minutes working your Toes 2 Bar on the high rings and steadily work down to trying them on rings with shorter and shorter straps to make the movement harder

** Between sets work your power positions on your Cleans working up significantly past the weight you will use for the workout to follow…

 

WORKOUT:

Complete as many rounds plus extra reps as possible in 5 minutes of the following:

2 Power Cleans (105#/155#)(65-70% 1RM)

2 Toes 2 Bar (Use rings, if needed)

4 Power Cleans (105#/155#)

4 Toes 2 Bar

Then 6&6, 8&8, working up by 2s until the cutoff…

 

REST 5 MINUTES (RECORD YOUR TOTAL REPS COMPLETED IN PART 1)

 

PART 2:

Starting exactly where you ended Part 1 perform the same workout, but work back DOWN by 2 reps per round trying to get back to 2 reps on each movement in the 5 minute cutoff provided…

 

This second workout will be for time instead of reps, but record how many reps you were short of completion if you don’t quite finish…
