Ring rows and KB swings since these are both great injury prevention movements when done correctly…

We will emphasize proper shoulder blade movement on the Rows and proper back position and hip hinging on the Swings…

So smaller sets (5-10 reps) on the Rows and Presses would be a good plan while bigger sets (10-20 reps) would be good for the sit ups and swings…
