* Use rings and shorten the straps to work rhythm and see if you can get deeper on your ring dips without losing Ring position
* Practice some KB Snatches between sets also!

20 Toes 2 Bar (Scale to rings)
30 Burpee STEP UPS (20″/24″)
* 5 rounds for time… Scale weights/heights only, not reps for this one!
