“Heavy Ass DT”

12 Deadlifts (143#/205#)

9 Hang Power Cleans (143#/205#)

6 Shoulder 2 Overhead (143#/205#)

* 5 rounds for time *

 

This is the heavy version done at the Crossfit Games last year so be smart about the weight you pick… Very few should go Rx’d on this one…

 

Go off your best Clean & Jerk 1RM and aim for around 70-75% of it for your weight…

 

You can do regular DT weight for those looking to retest their old time or set one on this benchmark workout is 103#/155#…

 

Scale reps only as a last resort and try instead to adjust the weight only on this workout…

 

15 minute cutoff for this workout…
