SKILL: 10 minutes

Handstand Push Ups

(Work proper tripod position and shoulder/positions)

+

Pistol Squats

 

WORKOUT:

“Manic Mary”

5 STRICT Deficit Handstand Push Ups (2″/4″)

10 Weighted Pistols (26#/35# KB)

(5 on left & 5 on right)

15 STRICT Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups

* As many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes *

 

Scale any or all of these as needed…

– HSPUs

(No deficit, use abmats, plates or use a box)

– Pistols

(No weight, heel elevation or front loaded walking lunges (26#/35#))

– Pull Ups

(Chin above, 30-45 second HOLD or Ring Rows)

 

Make this workout a grind, but try to make sure you can get at least 5 rounds minimum in the 20 minute window…
