Gymnastics… Week 2!

 

STRENGTH/SKILL:

Perform a 60-70% 1RM Strict CTB Pull Up set at normal tempo (OR your individual progression from last week with an extra rep)

(For most of you this will mean adding 1 rep onto the sets you did last week… Try to perform this set unbroken and all have to be overhanded)

REST 1-2 MINUTES

Perform a 60-70% 1RM Strict Ring/Bar Dip set at normal tempo

(Again, this probably adds 1-2 reps onto your sets from last week)

REST 1-2 MINUTES

* REPEAT A TOTAL OF 3 ROUNDS

 

WORKOUT:

25 Wall Ball Shots (20-25#/25-40#)

20 Med Ball Slams (Same ball from WB)

15 Strict Handstand Push Ups (DB Press)

*Deficit if you’re strong with HSPU

1000m Row/1 Mile Bike/800m Run

15 Strict Handstand Push Ups (DB Press)

20 Med Ball Slams (Same weight)

25 Wall Ball Shots (20-25#/25-40#)

(22 minute cutoff)
