Air squats/KB Deadlifts

20 jump ropes

10 air squats

5 KB deadlifts

Pizza Box Game

 

Teens:

Skill:

Overhead Squat w/ 3 sec. pause at bottom

 

Workout:

12:00-15:00 AMRAP

:15 L sit hold on box

10 Lateral Hops (over barbell)

5 Overhead Squats (Go up each round if form looks good)

*Rest :30 after EACH Round*
