E: Pumpkin Smashers (Ball Slams) & Mummy Rolls (Reverse burpees)

T: Power Clean/Front Squat

 

Workout:

E: 8:00-10:00 AMRAP

10- pumpkin Smashers (aka ball slams)

1- werewolf chase (bear crawl)

5- mummy rolls (reverse burpees)

1- gut buster (suicide run outside)

T: 8:00-10:00 AMRAP

2 cleans, 2 front squats, 2 ball slams

4 cleans, 4 front squats, 4 ball slams

**Increase each round by 2 reps until the 8:00-10:00 AMRAP is finished**

 

Game:

Zombie Tag

Played like freeze tag, starting with one person “it” who is “infected.” This person must walk/run to catch others (like a zombie). Once someone is tagged, they are infected and join the zombie team. The game continues until there is only one survivor left!
