T: Snatch the Cone

THEN….

5 SLOW air squats

Hip stretch on wall x :30 each side

Elbow to instep x 4

Lunge/reach x 4

Extended hand walk x 4

Alt. lat stretch on  rig x 3 ea side

 

Skill:

E: Jump the tower, handstand kick ups/wall walks, pull up holds

T: (1) Hang Power Clean/(3) Front Squats (1) Overhead

 

Workout:

E: Partner AMRAP (7:00-10:00)

5 Pull ups

Partner 1 Wheelbarrow walk

Partner 2  Wheelbarrow walk

5 Handstand kick ups/Wall walks

Partner 1 Wheelbarrow walk

Partner 2  Wheelbarrow walk
