T – 3:00 easy AMRAP of 10 jumping jacks, 3 mb push press, then double banded lat stretch x :30, open notebook x 3 ea, pvc pass throughs x 20, 5 mb press

E – db press

T – press

Work

E – 2:30 AMRAP of  4 dumbell press, 5 box jump, 6 sit-up, rest 1:00 repeat 2-3 times

T – Start with an empty bar and, build up very slowly to a 3 rep max with 2:30 – 3:00 of rest in between sets.
