HIP WORK:

Banded Lateral Squat Walks x 12 Ea way

Banded Psoas Marches x 12 SLOW reps

* 2 sets with 1:00 rest between

 

POWER:

Every 1:00-1:30 on the clock:

1-2 Snatches (Your call on starting and finishing positions… Hang/Floor OR Squat/Power)

* Work up slowly and be as perfect as possible and work up to a heavy ending, possibly maximal for the day

* 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85 ,85-90, 85-95, 85-101, 85-103%

 

WORKOUT:

4:00 clock to complete the following:

15 Thrusters (65/100#)(45/65#)

15 CTB Pull Ups (Jumping CTB Pull Ups)

* 3 rounds *

IF YOU COMPLETE THE 3 ROUNDS THEN IMMEDIATELY PROCEED TO…

4:00 additional minutes to perform:

12 Thrusters

12 CTB Pull Ups

* 3 rounds *

 

Protect your hands on this one and if you plan on doing the workout on Thursday night then feel free to knock these reps down to 12s and 9s instead, but keep your heart rate high and movements fast!
