Heavy, fast and some nutrition follow-up!

 

HIP WORK:

Frog Bridges x 30 reps

Banded Hip Flexor x 8each (Small blue)

* 2 sets *

 

POWER/SKILL:

2 Rep Hang Snatch (Squat catch preferred, but go by feel)

* Go as heavy as perfect technique will allow in just 15 minutes

* Use this time to fix any issues you might have on this lift and keep weights heavy, but sub-max if things are a little off

* 60, 70, 80, 85, 85+, 85+, 85+ (Optional)

 

WORKOUT:

Unbroken DB CTB Fran

* This should be fast and furious

DB Thrusters (20-30’s/35-40’s)

CTB Pull Ups (Scale to chin or jump ctb)

(6:00 cap)

 

Error on the side of being too light for DBs on this one so you can keep things fast!
