* Step back to the middle each time and stay upright

Heavy Banded Lateral Band Walks x10ea

* Green or heavier for most

POWER/SKILL:

2 Position SQUAT Snatch skill work

* Each coach will pick the two spots to work on

* 6 sets of these 2 reps at 70-75% 1RM Snatch on a 1:30-2:00 clock per set

 

WORKOUT:

10 Power Snatches @ 65-70% 1RM Snatch

12 Lateral Burpees Over Barbell

Then…

10 Power Cleans @ 65-70% 1RM Snatch
