Lateral Lunge x 10ea way (Light weight)

Banded Lateral Walks x 20ea (Light band)

* Just one set only

 

POWER/SKILL:

1 Hang Snatch + 1 Floor Snatch

* Your pick on catch heights, but try to squat one of them πŸ˜‰

* Great technique throughout and 96% or more for two reps is a PR

* 50, 65, 75, 85, 85+, 85+

 

WORKOUT:

1:00 of SQUAT Cleans @ 65-70% 1RM

1:00 of SINGLE Unders

1:00 of Deadlifts @ 65-70% 1RM Clean

1:00 Double Unders

2:00 REST

* 3 rounds for rep consistency on each movement… Pace the squat cleans appropriately!
