SKILLS:

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

ODD – 1 HANG Power Clean + 2 Front Squats + 1 Push Jerk

EVEN – 1 Power Clean + 2 Front Squats + 1 Push Jerk

* All work sets at 80-85% 1RM Push Jerk

* Warm Ups: 50, 60, 70% (6-8 minutes)

 

WORKOUT:

Dumpster Run (150m)

10 Alt. DB Snatches (35/50#)

* 15 minute AMRAP *

 

Look to run at your 1 mile pacing throughout!
