Test week continues!

 

POWER TEST:

Pick any of the following:

Snatch, Clean or Clean and Jerk

* Any starting position and catch style is permitted

* 50×3, 65×2, 80×2, 85-90×1, 90-95×1, 95+x1, 95+x1 (Last two sets are optionall, based on how you’re feeling as you build up)

* 15 minutes only!

 

WORKOUT:

Every minute on the minute for up to 20 minutes:

Odd – 1-3 Toes 2 Bar (Knee raises or sit ups)

Even – 1-3 STRICT Handstand Push Ups (AbMat, AbMat+Plate, Box HSPU on toes or Hand Release Push Ups)

* Every time you come back to a movement add 1, 2 or 3 reps to your previous total until unable to complete the work in under 60 seconds

(Ex. Min 1 – 3 T2B, Min 2 – 3 Strict HSPU, Min 3 – 6 T2B, Min 4 – 6 HSPU, etc, etc)

* Set this workout up so you can get into at least the 14th minute before you fail one movement, but continue with the other one and turn the other minute into a rest minute
