Snatch

* Pick your variation and catch position

* Work up to 65-70% and steadily work up every minute on the minute for 10 total minutes

(65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 93, 96, 101, 101+)

 

WORKOUT:

400m Run (300m scale)

21 KB Swings (35/53#)(26/35-44 to scale)

9/12 Chin Above Pull Ups (Jumping CTB)

(3:30 cap, but this should be a hard sprint)

 

Rest 1-2x the time it takes you to complete performing 3 total rounds trying to keep your sprints as identical as possible!
