POWER COMPLEX TEST:

1 Squat Clean from the Floor
1 Power Clean
1 Hang Clean (Power or Squat)

* 5 sets ONLY to work up to your best weight for the day…

(60, 70, 80, 85, 85+)

 

WORKOUT:

“Backwards Bizarro Jackie”
200 Doubles (4:00 cap… Do doubles if you can keep attempts moving smoothly otherwise 400 Singles)
50 Sumo DL High Pulls (65/95#)(Scale loading, not reps if you can help it)
30 Toes 2 Bar (Scale reps to as low as 15 if needed otherwise do 30 reps of a scaled movement)
(10:00 cap)

 

Post workout will be a hollow hold test and a side bridge test for time once you’re recovered…
